The Pao collection of lamps is an exciting collaboration with established Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa. Named after the soft, glowing shape of traditional Mongolian Pao tents illuminated at night-time, Fukasawa set out to encapsulate the same atmospheric warmth and friendliness in the Pao Steel Pendant. Pao draws on Fukasawa’s aesthetic of beautiful simplicity; creating an everyday object that draws on design values existing in the natural world.

Ana Kraš’ Bonbon Shades are one-of-a-kind pieces, produced by wrapping cotton-wool yarn around powder-coated steel frames to create individual lampshades that vary slightly in their appearance and texture. Available in five distinctive colourways.
Designed by Lars Beller Fjetland, Cloche Table Lamp plays with visual imbalance to create a distinct shape. It features a domed shade, an angled, powder-coated aluminium arm, and an off-centre, cast-iron base. The shade is available in different colours and finishes, creating a decorative and directional lighting solution for a variety of office and home settings.
Named Fifty Fifty after the lamp’s counterweight system that creates equilibrium between the two parts, it is clear to see how Sam Weller’s references to physics and engineering influence the design. Based on the idea of stripping a multi-purpose task light to its fundamental elements, Fifty Fifty balances refined, pared-back aesthetics with optimal functionality.
The iconic Bubble Lamp, designed in the ‘50s for Herman Miller by pioneering American designer George Nelson, is soon available from HAY in four distinctive sizes and shapes, so people around the world can bring this piece of history home.
